My only criticism would be that they specifically asked if a large lorry could make the delivery and I specified NO. However, A large lorry delivered and the driver told me mine was the 2nd delivery...
Delivery a bit slow, but not a problem in the summer. The delivery person put as much as he could in our coal bunker and stacked the rest of the bags neatly.
