Overall service is pretty good, but didn't deliver in the promised timescale. Not important at the moment, but might be during the winter.

Delivered whilst I was out, all tidy when I came home, great service.
Delivery arrived in good time after previous day notification. Driver was not a happy guy complaining about the weight of the bags - hence good not excellent.
Contacted when coal couldn't be delivered. Stacked away very well when coal was delivered

This is only surface moisture which means that it will dry out quickly, but should not affect the performance of your fuel in any way.
