Money came out of my account over 18 days ago and still not received what I ordered. Very poor service.

We're sorry that you're unhappy with the time it took to deliver your order. Delivery times during the summer promotion are up to 20 working days as stated in the terms and conditions. We experienced a large spike in demand and are working through these orders as quickly as possible with lead times dropping every day. My partner was home alone when the delivery arrived. The coalman did not only bring the prepacked bags round he emptied them into the bunker as well. Thank you

Delivery man very helpful put it exactly where I wanted it
3 weeks later & despite weekly promises my delivery is still items short. Still yet to receive a refund either! Shocking service
