My only problem is that no delivery time could be estimated so I was told the delivery would be between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm. Surely you could give a (say) 2 hour time slot like most deliveries.
History of messing up the order and/or delivery. Head Office takes the order but don't know what their local depots stock. E.G. I ordered 25 x 10kg ecoal. Delivery came on time but was 10 x 25kg...
No call prior to delivery, I had no idea you had delivered until partner came home and the bags were where I instructed they be dropped off. Not even a ring of the bell but great and convenient...

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Unfortunately fuel prices do tend to vary through out the year, as other fuel providers do too. During the summer months you will find that our fuel prices will be cheaper as we have our summer promotion on, and in winter the prices will rise slightly again. We hope you'll see fit to give us another chance in future.
