Our coal wasn't delivered and it has taken nearly 2 weeks of repeated unreturned phone calls to you to hopefully get it sorted. Now due for delivery on Thursday!!

We'd like to apologise for your long wait for delivery, and for our lack of communication. Your initial order was confirmed in error at your depot and a new one had to be placed. We experienced a large spike in demand during the summer promotion and are working through these orders as quickly as possible with lead times dropping every day.
