Better communication between head office sales office and the local distribution centre, as one said one thing and the distribution office did another. A more specific delivery time would be useful

company good website easy to use.but the old company put the coal they delivered in the coal bunker coals2u doesn't only dumps 1 tun of coal inside the gate
