Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're really pleased to hear that you're happy with the service you received. As our fuel is stored outside it can become damp from bad weather. This is only surface moisture which means that it will dry out quickly, but should not affect the performance of your fuel in any way.
Scheduled delivery date was ignored and delivery simply turned up on a different day without warning. Luckily there was someone at home that day. Why didn't you call to advise?

We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our delivery times. During the summer promotion delivery times are extended to 20 working days. You can opt for a call the day before your delivery should you decide to do so next time, just check the box during the online checkout process. The last two online orders I have made have required a phone call to chase up delivery dates. The order always seems to get 'lost' in the system.
