Having still not heard from Coals2U by Sept 25 I rang them to be told that the coal should have been delivered on 21/9. I explained that I had not received the coal then or received a call a day before telling me to expect the delivery as planned. They said, don't worry, we'll get the depot to call you and agree a delivery time.
I did not receive a call until the lorry appeared outside our house the next day and was requesting access. We were not in and so could not arrange this. My daughter managed to arrange access and half the load was delivered. They were unable to deliver the full load as the truck was too small - this meant that the remainder was to be delivered the following Monday.
When the coal was delivered, it was not delivered in 50kg open sacks as ordered but in 25kg bags - the sack did say the product was the 'treble' which I ordered.

Not delivered in a 50kg open sack - a 25kg bag instead. I am unsure if this was British coal as requested.
