No pre-delivery notice via email as stated, coal was left on front grass in full view and not a clue who sign for the coal but no one we know.

Unfortunately we don't currently offer a pre-delivery notice via email, however we can call you the day before if you tick the box telling us to do so at the checkout. Our deliveries don't require a signature and unless they're not possible, we'll follow any delivery instructions left at the time of ordering. If you choose to use Coals2U again in the future just let us know where you'd like your order to be left and we'll do our best. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Left 20 bags of coal right on the path instead of where I instructed. I made a complaint. Staff very helpful and sent someone to move it within 2 days.
Have been good in the past but on this occasion delivery was sign efficiently delayed with no communication and not providing information as promised. I will use again but not if this was repeated...
