I researched and paid for my order online. It was delivered within the time specified by a cheerful soul who didn't mind the fact it was about 7.30pm at night and had a load of steps to go up.

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our apologies for not letting you know your delivery was on its way. The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day. Again we apologise that these instructions were not completed this time, and we will pass this feedback onto the relevant people who manage this process.
