As stated on the website and order confirmation emails, our delivery times are currently 5-7 working days which will decrease in winter. We're normally a little busier in September as we deliver orders placed during the Summer Sale. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
No phone call to indicate day and time of delivery. Only one man to move bunker to back of house so I had to help by lifting one end.
