the coal was delivered in the lead time advertised although it was the last day. it was put in our bunker for us even though I hadn't asked for this it was very helpful. I will use coals2u again...
Waited over 3 weeks for coal. Far in excess of what was stated upon order. Didn't even get any kind of discount for all the hasel. Will not use again. Poor poor Poor

Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. Due to coal being a natural product, it’s sometimes hard to exactly control the quality, though all of our coal is strictly screened and washed before being bagged.
Very good service from Coals4u - polite driver who delivered where requested - only comment was I didn't know when the delivery would be and the email just said it would be as stated on the order -...
I thought that I had been short-changed when I got home to find that (unusually) all the coal I had ordered had fitted into my coal bunker. (I almost always have at least one or two bags left over.)...
