Please accept our apologies for the quality of the fuel you received. Due to coal being a natural product, it’s sometimes hard to exactly control the quality, though all of our coal is strictly screened and washed before being bagged.

Please accept our apologies when you first contacted us to enquire and potentially order over the phone, the relevant managers have been notified about this. The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day. We apologise that these instructions were not completed this time, and we will pass this feedback onto the relevant people who manage this process. For future orders we can add the Call Day Before as a permanent instruction on your account so hopefully this won't happen again. In regards to the delivery instructions that you left on the order, again we are sorry that these weren't followed on this occasion and the driver has been informed of the error. I can see that this issue was then passed through to our Query Resolution Team following the information that you had injured yourself moving the bags to the correct location; and a £25 refunded was authorised following this. We hope to see you again in the future, and thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Very helpful delivery service and driver. The phone call the day before is a big plus and the prices are very competitive. I buy from them regularly and would highly recommend them.
Service is great as normal. Delivery came when I was out. The driver placed all the bags in the shed without been asked to. What more can you ask for. Great Service.
