Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a bad experience on this occasion. The Call Day Before service is an added extra that we offer to all customers to confirm that the delivery will be with them the next day. We apologise that these instructions were not completed this time, and we will pass this feedback onto the relevant people who manage this process. The Text Day Before service has only recently been introduced and we have had a few teething problems with this, but please be rest assured that these will be ironed out for the future. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in future.
