they delivered to the wrong house on the wrong street, and also broke the large flower pot in the garden of the house.Nobody was in at the time

Thank you for your positive review of our product Homefire (25kg)
Happy with the service offered by Coals2U generally but disappointed that the drivers can't ring you if they can't find your house (apparently the drivers aren't given phones). I've been using CPL...
Waited in all day for Coal delivery as all I could be given was an all day call and then it did not arrive! Delivered over a week later and left in the rain with one bag split.

We’re currently working hard to improve our service, and I will pass on your feedback to our delivery team. Unfortunately we can't give a time for our deliveries, as it's an all day delivery service. Also the drivers may become stuck in traffic and also have to take regular breaks as required by law. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in the future.
