For some reason they kept not arriving on the date stated. Many apologies offered.
Delivered into the coal bunker and rubbish removed - can only assume it's the stuff we ordered as didn't see the bag...
A phone call made on the day before delivery confirmed the delivery details. The driver was helpful and polite, assisting me in loading the products in to a storage area.
Website easy to use with handy reviews / product comparisons. The only reason it doesn’t get the 'Full A*' is delivery can be a little slow and you have to spend £50 to get free delivery. However...
This is the second order I have placed with this company. Delivery good, discounted price good

We're really pleased to hear that you're happy with the service you received from us, but sorry to hear that you're not so pleased with your order. Anthracite is a natural product and though it’s sometimes hard to control the quality exactly, all of our fuel is strictly screened prior to being bagged. Looking at your account I can see that your previous order in July you ordered the Stoveheat Premium, rather than the Anthracite. We hope this won't deter you from ordering with us again in future.

As a result of this the order is automatically split by our system as the coal, kindling and firelighters will be delivered by your local depot; and all the crates are delivered by/out of our Worksop depot. We hope that you’ll see fit to give us another chance in the future.
