I have had deliveries from them before but the only problem they never keep you updated in regards to delivery timings that is disputed asking if you need a phone call a day before.
Thought I would try them with a small order and ticked the box for a call the day before. No call but fortunatley I happened to be in. I asked the driver and he said they never do call. My coal...
