The service is good but the website ordering facility needs an overhaul.. It recorded a problem with an order when none had occurred resulting in an unintended duplicate order (and payment), which...
Website very good, Product information excellent, Prices good, Communication good, Delivery left where instructed, thank you.
Overall a very good company to deal with!
Did not inform me that deliveries are now curb side so arrived home to find bags of coal in the front garden and not taken around the back of the house as normal. Fortunately I have a sack trolley
