Prompt delivery, and yes I would recommend you to my family and friends. Although on the negative side, the coals are very wet inside the bags and it takes a couple of days to dry them out.

The driver/delivery guy was great. The only problem was that it did not come on a pallet as the info on line stated.
Delivery could have been quicker, or at least let me know when it was coming!

The web site is easy to use and ordering is no problem. Delivery can take a while but fuel is delivered and well stacked in my fuel store. I have bought before and will buy again.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise that no contact was made from the driver at the start of the delivery.
Orders are running slightly behind depots are extremely busy and taking slightly longer than usual. You should have received email the day before and one of the morning of the delivery to notify you of the delivery was on tis way. I have added a text message on to your account for you to receive next time. There wasn't any delivery instructions on the order If you require your delivery to go through the house we can add notes on to the order for the driver to do so.
