Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise that delivery has taken longer than the usual time scale.
The last 4-5 weeks we have had an influx of orders due to the fuel crisis that everyone is facing also now wanting solid fuel. You have received your order on the 15th working day as over run by 8 working days. Things are in process to catch up and clear the back log.

Very good process, easy to find the product and order. I was kept informed by email in connection with the delivery and the chaps that brought my order were courteous and helpful.
The delivery driver arrived at the stated time. He was polite and friendly and took the bags of coal to the place where I wanted them stored. Excellent service.
Driver was most accommodating and delivered to where I wanted. Thank you.
