Friendly and helpful customer service. Delivery driver was superb and went over and above to help put my coal in an easy accessible place for me, was friendly just lovely.
My order has still NOT been delivered, so how can I score any higher. So disappointed, fell short their usual service.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise that your delivery is taking so long, we are extremely busy over the last 4-5 weeks we have had influx of orders that we are working to get them delivered soon as we can. I have chased up with our routing team and the depot should be with sometime next week. You will receive an email and text message the day before.
