Good, but they make you wait.

Generally service is good. Website easy to use and delivery drivers helpful. However, I have ordered twice now and both times I have had to wait a significant period of time from ordering to delivery.

Inaccurate delivery quoted

Delivery was quoted as within 5 working days, in reality delivery was more than 20 working days due to high demand. The true delivery should have been shown before the order was placed and payment...

Thank you on your feedback, delivery lead times has been changed on the website and does state it will increase during periods, the lead time dates are changing everyday so there is no solid times.
