When it's good it's excellent with friendly and cooperative delivery drivers but at the moment it's poor with long delays in delivery.

Took weeks for the smokeless fuel to arrive and when it did the order was 50kg short of what i had payed for. I could understand if I’d ordered maybe 100 bags but I’d ordered 8 and only 6 turned up...
The delivery was delayed (hence 4 rather than 5 stars) but I was kept well informed and the driver who brought the bags couldn't have been more helpful
