This promotion exceeded all expectations and on-line stock of the charms was exhausted really quickly. To ensure all of our customers who had placed web orders were not too disappointed and their orders would be satisfied, we secured stock of additional charms.
Unfortunately, the process involved, resulted in a slight delay in dispatching our web based orders. We are happy to see your order was dispatched on February 15th by free next working-day delivery and subsequently delivered on 16/02/18.
