Each piece of Clogau is hand finished and then passes through a strict and thorough quality control procedure prior to dispatch and it is very unusual for this to happen.
We are sincerely sorry you were inconvenienced in any way and apologise for any delay experienced in completing your refund.We understand your refund, including your postage charge was successfully processed within our Resorts world store on the 20/02/2018 along with a request to our Accounts office for a cheque to be prepared in respect of your return postage costs, as regrettably, refunds of this nature cannot be actioned within store.
We normally ask to allow between 5-10 working days for this to process to complete. Your cheque is expected to be with you within the next few days.
