We can see that you have added an engraving service for personalisation of your piece which does extend the dispatch timescale, as our skilled team ensure this is done perfectly for you. We do ask that you allow an additional 7-14 working days to add an engraving. We hope this helps explain the slight delay and thank you for your patience and understanding.
