Automatic renewal is an issue

Renewal takes place well before renewal date, doesn't allow reasonable time to compare with other quotes

We can only issue renewal invitations 30 days prior to the renewal date, you then have 30 days to provide your renewal instruction as we cannot automatically renew it for you. I have confirmed that your invitation was sent via email on 19th February with the renewal date falling on 19th March, however we do apologise if this was not received before you called to renew. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further queries or concerns.
