I am really sorry to hear about this issue, unfortunately a member of staff had priced the product incorrectly, we noticed this and was impossible to sell at that price.
We did try to offer you a good reduction on the correct selling price as this was our fault, but I am sure you respect the fact that mistakes happen.
Once again sorry and we will try our best to make sure this doesnt happen again.
I am sorry to hear you did not appreciate our service, we try our best to keep our customers updated with orders. our preferred method is via email so we can track all conversations but we do have a sales and after sales phone line if you do need any help when email would'nt do.
