One item was left on the delivery lorry, and one item was delivered incorrectly. It took weeks to get the correct item.

We are very sorry to hear you had problems with delivery, we have recently changed delivery company so hopefully this wont happen again. We do notice that accidents sometimes happen and we would be happy to give you a discount off your next purchase as an apology.
Order was advertised for delivery in 10 days however, we waited over a month for the item and was given many excuses when contacting the office. General poor service.
