This is the worst Solicitor I have delt with, felt like they didn't work with me just against me at all times, never got a single call from them in over 1 year even thou I left hundreds of voicemails...

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about the service you have received. I am sorry to hear you have been so dissapointed. I have reviewed your case and note that whilst liability was admitted, you moved to Canada shortly after the accident. Some firms would have closed your file but we continued to represent you and arranged for experts to examine you abroad, which was difficult to arrange and was very expensive. This was done to ensure you received the maximum compensation you were entitled to. I cannot trace you advising your Solicitor that you could not get in contact with her and this may have been due to the time zone and not due to your Solicitor. However, we do take all feedback very seriously and I will pass this on to your Solicitor with a view to improving the service we provide. I understand that you were happy with your compensation and I wish you all the best for the future.
