Thank you for your response. However, I wasn't happy with the settle amount as you have highlighted. I merely accepted the amount just so to end the whole debacle.The fact that your frim arranged the Physiotherapy is inconsequential as this is standard course of action that all other claims solicitors would have provided. In addition the cost of the Physiotherapy which you arranged was deducted from the final amount therefore I would have been better off going through my own insurance as I later found out. However my main grievance is the fact that telephone messages left to your colleagues were never responded In the 7 months it took to settle this claim, and on the rare occasion that there was a response the person dealing with the case was feckless.
