Room kept clean,corridors/lifts often needed cleaning,bed rock hard,may suit some,staff helpful and friendly,great location for shops,train station and historic sights!!

Just a lovely, traditional hotel, that has more of the feel of a boutique hotel. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are excellent, and the location is 10/10.
