Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you have found the soles of the trainers to be too hard and that they have not become more comfortable after several weeks of wear. We appreciate this is disappointing, especially as you had hoped they would soften with use. Unfortunately, as the trainers have been worn for a number of weeks, we are unable to accept them back for inspection at this stage. We would always recommend trying footwear indoors initially to ensure it is suitable and comfortable before wearing it outside. We apologise that the trainers have not met your expectations and thank you for taking the time to share your comments.
