We understand how frustrating it must have been for the stitching around the pockets to start failing after only a short period of use. We can confirm that your order was returned to us by the courier, as they experienced an issue with the delivery address provided and required further instructions to complete the delivery. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this was escalated to us and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. As the parcel was returned undelivered, a full refund has now been issued. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
