I can only apologise your order was not delivered in time. We do try are best to deliver all customer orders within the timescale advised. Sorry we have failed on this occasion.

Oh dear, this is disappointing to read. It is exceptionally rare for items to fail our quality control procedures and for this we sincerely apologise. I can confirm your parcel has been received back and a full refund including p+p has been issued.I do hope that this very rare error does not deter you from ordering from us again in the future.
Delivery is far too slow. Most firms that I deal with supply goods within a few days but you its more like weeks. On one occasion I ordered goods twice becauseI did not think the order had gone...

The product was out of stock when I ordered but Chums kept their word and emailed me as soon as it was restocked and I received the sandals within the promised 7 days on receipt of payment.
