Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that the Beehive cat water bowl wasn’t suitable for your needs. As specified on the website, these bowls are specially designed for drinking water, particularly to help flat-faced cats keep their fur dry, which is why the opening may not be ideal for food as it is designed so that the cat cannot fit its head through the hole.
I completely understand that this wasn’t what you were expecting, and I’d love to help find a solution. I did previously offer to create a new bowl at a discounted rate, and that offer still stands if you'd like to explore that option.
