I’d like to reinforce that the main reason for the increase in cost was due to an increase in Insurance Premium Tax which is reviewed and set by the Government and unfortunately is outside of our control. That said, as an insurance broker, we can negotiate better deals with insurers, so we did manage to arrange a further discount due to there being no claims or convictions on your record. We believe from listening back to the phone calls with Nicola, you were happy with the final quote provided.
