The bear looks great. It is for my wife's birthday next month. The extra free item that was mentioned did not come with the bear. It is not a bid deal. We really enjoy watching the cuddle time on...

I placed my order for the club membership on December 18th and I still have not received it. Status says it just shipped yesterday almost a month after it was ordered.
