Hi, very sorry to hear that you're not happy with your necklace. We try to be very clear about our pieces in the product descriptions so that customers know exactly what to expect when they receive their order. The dimensions of the beads and the materials we use are all listed on the product page for the Having a Ball necklace and we've sold lots of these to happy customers - but obviously we're happy to accept a return or exchange on yours in line with our returns policy. A link to our returns information can be found at the bottom of every page on the website.
