I am sorry to hear your experience with our company wasn't as expected.
We offer a next day delivery service at a premium cost (£7) and also a 2-3 dispatch service which is £3.99.
All of our orders are sent via Royal Mail and are tracked and recorded.
I checked your order and I am unable to find an error from our dispatch team. I see you chose the standard 2-3 days dispatch service and you placed your order after 4pm on a Thursday. Your order was dispatched on the Monday and signed for on Tuesday.
Regarding the crucifix you purchased, we are very sorry to hear this wasn't as expected.
We understand how difficult it can be to shop online so we offer as much information and supporting pictures for all our jewellery.
