They performed the service. There was a delay in collecting geoffreys body - it took nearly an hour and a half but lived less than 3 miles from the funeral home. The ladies who supported the service...

Disappointed that cars were silver and had not been mentioned at consultation, we would never had chosen another colour but black. Upset us all on the day which was already emotional.

We fully understand the loss of a loved one is an extremely sensitive time for the families we are privileged to serve. We strive to provide the best service possible at all times and I'm sorry to hear that, on this occasion, our service fell short of our usually high standards.
I have passed your comments on to the funeral home and can only apologise that the cars were not fully discussed during the funeral arrangement.
