Unacceptable 40% price refund resolution to the shore excursion complaint - will be posting further information about the appalling overpriced and overhyped excursion which 16 guests abandoned before it completed. Nothing but a 100% price refund is acceptable and a goodwill gesture should also be considered for all my fellow sufferers in addition to an apology for the miserable failure of customer relations to accept responsibility
