Didn't have to claim so I am unable to review that aspect. But a very reasonable price for travel insurance with regular contact via SMS and email and very easy to retrieve documents etc

Very easy and straight forward to set up. Have not had to claim so cant comment on that side of it. But they offer great coverage for everything on paper. Would recomend on my experiance.
