Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We apologise that you have not received renewal communication from our office. The renewal process is to send out an email 1 month before the policy renewal date and a further reminder 14 days prior to the renewal Looking at your review it appears you might not actually need the Professional Indemnity Insurance cover after all. I have just left a message for you regarding this and would be happy to discuss a full refund if you could call me back.
