We have attempted to call you today to discuss the renewal issue. I have also sent over an email to you with my contact details.
I can confirm that a renewal invitation was sent a month before the renewal was due, a confirmation email was sent when the policy automatically renewed. We have, however, been experiencing some issues with our automatic emails being sent to client junk mail (or SPAM).
I can confirm that we will arrange the full cancellation of your policy and a full refund back to your card.
Needed to amend my policy and found the website easy to navigate and completed my amendments quickly. No problems whatsoever.
