A little slow. Had to complain about the delivery drop as it said curb side only and my premises is situated in a shopping centre.

Thanks for your feedback. I understand your delivery was 2-3 working days & curb side. I am sorry if you were not made aware that we do have the option to pay extra and we can cater to your bespoke delivery needs, even if it takes a little longer to get to you. Just something to consider for next time. We pride ourselves on building solutions, even where access is a little tricky.

Service from caterkwick was fine but moving the problem on to parry doesn’t solve my issues with the product

Thanks for the review. I understand from our internal notes that you were having some trouble with temperature. Like many brands, Parry like to look after their own warranty. We have great communications with them so this shouldn't be a problem in resolving your issue. If you are still struggling of course please let us know.
