You were abusive towards our hard working team; suggesting a better name for our solution coordinators would be 'bullsh**ters', and named them 'thick' and 'stupid'. Our team mean way more to us than your order; we have a 0 tolerance attitude towards this kind of behaviour. I hope your attitude improves. Thanks

Great name "solution coordinators" I'm happy that your phone team were listening to my suggestion for a better title for them. I'm sure they are busy and hardworking whilst explaining to your paying customers why they don't get their deliveries. Remember future customers their team means more than your order and don't get annoyed when they don't deliver...they will say you have a bad attitude and that your order wasn't important. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the grief
