To clarify, our orders are generally kerbside as standard, which is stipulated at point of your online order, and also reiterated in your order confirmation. We do have options for taking units inside, bespoke 2 man deliveries etc- and can quote for this ; I'm sorry that this was not explicitly stated for you. Thank you for your feedback, Alan, I shall pass this straight onto the person that manages this machine (Dave). I believe this change was made to improve the lifespan of the machine and take the pressure of some of the components. The drum was also enlarged at the same time as this change which should mean more G force, therefore we were advised this shouldn't affect drying time too much. Good to know though, thank you.
