Check before use!

Bad experience!!

Whilst DOA faults are thankfully extremely rare we really appreciate the inconvenience this causes and do our utmost to put things right. We did get the engineer out next day and expressed the replacement to you ASAP but fully understand why your order with us left you unhappy.
