We apologise that this machine did not arrive in A1 condition. We have been chasing our supplier for a resolution and have provided you with a number of options to provide a replacement and cover your requirement during the time it takes to get the replacement to you. We apologise again for the inconvenience incurred but hope that you can appreciate that Caterkwik has responded to the situation promptly and with diligence.
