Many thanks for your feedback. I'm not sure which department of Whirlpool advised that all their dryers are supplied with a ducting kit. Perhaps this applies to domestic machines but the commercial / semi commercial units do not come supplied with one - we are absolutely not alone in this respect and we source a ducting solution independently. However, we accept responsibility and apologise sincerely for the extended lead time and delivery communication problems. We apologise that this Sirman product did not meet your expectations. I would clarify that we have not refused to accept the return. Unfortunately, a restocking fee has been applied by the supplier which we were unable to negotiate away as the product has been used. If you advised us that the machine was too small for your requirements prior to using it then we would have had more success. We faithfully represented the available specifications from Sirman. The bowl capacity is a standard focal measure for this product, indeed I have been unable to find any other supplier that advertises the 3.1l . However I have checked that our site contains access to documentation that specifies this measure. Many thanks for your valued feedback.

Wherever possible we work to negotiate any restocking charges with our suppliers but as you will find across the industry 25% is a standard levy to cover the cost of repackaging, re testing and re selling as a graded item. I can assure you that the actual exceeds the charge.

Some of the ordernwas sent to the wrong address, the rest hasn’t been received even though the order was placed with a forward delivery date.
